Robert Half Customer Service Representative Amherst, MA Apply Description Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a growing organization by providing outstanding service to customers and acting as a key point of contact for inquiries and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in line with company policies Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions within CRM systems Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution Continuously learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policiesQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher is a plus Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Proficient in standard office software and CRM tools Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Requirements- Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with order management systems.
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Competence in managing faxed documents and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
