This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering responsive service, keeping records accurate, and working closely with sales partners to ensure a smooth customer experience. The right candidate brings strong communication skills, careful attention to detail, and confidence using tools such as Salesforce and Excel in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries by phone and provide timely, attentive support for product, order, and account-related questions.
- Enter and update customer orders and related information with a high level of accuracy across business systems and spreadsheets.
- Partner with the sales team to coordinate customer needs, resolve issues efficiently, and help maintain strong account relationships.
- Manage ongoing client communication through both inbound and outbound calls to provide updates, confirm details, and support follow-up activities.
- Maintain organized and accurate records in Salesforce and Excel to track interactions, order activity, and customer information.
- Review entered data carefully to identify discrepancies, correct errors, and uphold quality standards in daily processing.
- Support client management activities by addressing service concerns, escalating complex matters when needed, and helping ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, order entry, or a related support role.
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally while delivering clear and courteous service.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and general data entry tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with customers and internal teams.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage information accurately.
- Comfortable collaborating with sales professionals and supporting client-facing processes.
- Ability to organize tasks effectively and perform well in a fast-moving work environment.
