Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and service requests efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate communication with both internal teams and external customers.
- Schedule and manage service appointments by creating detailed work orders in Salesforce.
- Provide consistent updates to customers and internal stakeholders on the status of service requests.
- Serve as a backup for departmental tasks, including scheduling and follow-up activities as needed.
- Assist Crew Leaders in reviewing and processing non-billable work orders.
- Maintain a foundational understanding of the machine tool industry and the products represented by the organization.
- Perform various administrative and organizational tasks to support the department's operations.
