Job Description

InnSeason Management, Inc. is seeking a positive, energetic person to join our Accounts Receivables team. We are a family owned business who have been on Cape Cod for over 30 years. As an Account Specialist, you will be servicing our owners across New England, and the U.S. We offer a comfortable office environment, flexible schedules, no nights or weekends, competitive pay and vacation discount benefits for part-time employees! Current opening is in-person, in a large office, with your own large cubicle. This position is responsible for maintaining selected portfolio receivables to a 95% or Current Status level by identifying and resolving customer issues on all accounts that are 10+ days and maintaining and or maintaining a 10% delinquency on all resort maintenance fees accounts for the various properties. This is a Part-Time position that offers a flexible schedule during the hours of 9 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Be well versed in FDCP Act and CCR Acts. Contact & follow up with customers on reason for delinquency. Contact & update account manager as to status of resolution. Provide copies of all notes and correspondence. Identify issues and appropriate resolution for accounts. Implement or forward resolution as necessary to appropriate department. Keep accurate notes on all correspondence (paper or electronic). Maintain tracking system for assigned customers. Weekly list of completed resolution, customers unable to contact, list of pending resolutions. Weekly problems with other departments completing assigned resolution tasks. Weekly review Delinquency Reports for designated properties Required Skills Ability to be flexible with work schedules Ability to multi task. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to process and post payments to accounts. Ability to use technology to help identify, monitor and solve customer issues. Build positive relationships. Detail oriented. Follow direction, implement, and execute according to plan. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills. Good follow-up. Good typing skills. Manage time effectively according to guidelines.
