Support customers and internal sales teams with returns, replacements, credits, and repair requests Review and document product conditions for returned or defective items Manage and monitor RMA inventory processes and daily inventory counts Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely shipping and product movement Assist with product testing and reporting findings on equipment issues Maintain accurate records of inventory and customer service activities Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00
PM Skills:
Experience in customer support or service coordination Background in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations Familiarity with RMA processes, returns, or repairs Experience working with consumer electronics Exposure to inventory tracking or ERP systems Experience in product testing or troubleshooting Ability to manage multiple tasks in high-volume settings
