Job Description

DS Graphics | Universal Wilde is a recognized market leader in the print and communications industry. We employ some of the most talented print professionals in the communications industry and our wide spectrum of services is supported by the most advanced, efficient equipment and technology that the industry has to offer. We have facilities in Lowell and Canton, MA. We are currently seeking a Client Service Account Coordinator for our Canton, MA facility. This position will support the Client Service Team with various accounts and programs as directed. The CSC position is a support role that requires both technical and project management skills. The CSC performs administrative tasks in support of client programs, mailings and special projects. The CSC will have some direct client responsibilities. This position in the Client Service department with understanding that a high performer will have the opportunity to advance.
Responsibilities:
Produce and communicate job order instructions for various functional areas according to published standards. Develop proficiency in utilizing internal systems as necessary to process job instructions and provide reporting to clients. Fulfillment batching, re-batching of daily orders. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining proper priorities and sense of urgency. Monitor and report to client on a scheduled basis the disposition of materials in inventory. Interact daily with various internal departments for scheduling, quality control and monitoring of projects to ensure client needs are met in a timely and profitable manner. Participate in client status calls as needed. Perform various support tasks and other duties as assigned. As required attend mandatory training sessions.
Skills:
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in an extremely fast paced environment. Customer Service and Technical Project Management preferred Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Education/Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Some college or trade school preferred. Some Marketing experience a plus.
