Overview Join our dynamic team as a Retail Customer Specialist and become the friendly face of our brand! In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing personalized support, guiding clients through their shopping journey, and ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your multilingual abilities and strong communication skills will help bridge gaps and create welcoming environments for diverse customers. Responsibilities Engage with customers in person and via phone to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions Assist clients with product demonstrations, explanations, and upselling opportunities to enhance their shopping experience Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change Maintain organized records through data entry tasks using Microsoft Office tools and other computer applications Manage outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers, gather feedback, or promote new offerings Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear, positive interactions at all times Requirements Multilingual abilities with proficiency in English; bilingual skills are highly preferred to serve diverse customer bases Prior experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments is advantageous Strong computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and data entry procedures Exceptional communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly Experience in outbound calling, cash handling, and typing efficiently under pressure Knowledge of customer service best practices and call center protocols to ensure high-quality client interactions Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor Join us as a Retail Customer Specialist where your energy, enthusiasm, and dedication will make a real difference!
