Job Description

Our client in Holyoke, Massachusetts is seeking a Call Center Specialist for a contract opportunity. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls while delivering excellent service.

The Call Center Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a professional and efficient customer experience.
