Our client in Amherst, Massachusetts is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract opportunity. This role is ideal for a professional with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and/or in person in a professional and timely mannerResolve customer issues and escalate complex concerns when appropriateProcess orders, update account information, and maintain accurate recordsProvide product, service, or billing information to customersTrack interactions and document details in internal systemsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service and follow-throughSupport additional administrative or customer support tasks as needed
