Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, motivated and result-oriented individual to join our team of Client Care Associates! This is an in-person position, requiring daily attendance at our office to support clients and collaborate with the team. We pair individuals, couples and children with the best therapists throughout Massachusetts to help them live happy and successful lives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedule new intakes for HBH Therapists and Nurse Practitioners Receive inbound calls for new and existing clients Prioritize and respond to client emails in a timely and professional manner, ensuring accurate information and appropriate solutions. Track and document all client interactions. Explaining memberships benefits and enroll potential clients Communicate client billing disputes and resolutions Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve client issues or escalate as needed to meet service expectations. Consistently arrive on time, in person, and adhere to scheduled work hours to ensure smooth operations and team efficiency. Protect patients' rights by maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial information (Adhere to HIPPA laws)
Skills:
Ability to prioritize and work quickly in a fast paced environment Proficient in using various computer programs with a strong ability to quickly adapt to and learn new software and tools. Excellent interpersonal and conversational skills with a strong, friendly, and approachable communication style Excellent multitasking and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Proven ability to maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction through efficient communication and problem resolution.

Required Qualifications:
1-2 years experience in an administrative, sales, or customer service role Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience An above-average aptitude with internet/computer use and ability to learn new processes quickly Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills Some sales experience along with a competitive personality HBH is a growing company that provides a challenging and rewarding work environment as well as a culture that promotes open communication and teamwork.
