Job Responsibilities:

Respond to member questions by phone and email Help onboard new members and get them set up Keep website documents and communications updated Update product information in the system Maintain accurate member records Help members cancel backorders when needed Enter and track promotion data for reporting

Essential Skills:

Strong Microsoft Office skills Good customer service with a positive attitude Experience with CRM systems (ZenDesk) is a plus Self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems Team player who's willing to help and learn new tasks Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Flexible and willing to take on different responsibilities in a small office environment
