Customer Service Associate Responsibilities Deliver high-quality Customer Service by engaging customers, identifying their needs, and answering questions about Verizon Fios. Drive Sales by presenting Verizon Fios plans, explaining product features, and recommending solutions based on customer needs. Build customer relationships through professional communication and consistent Customer Service. Identify qualified Sales opportunities and guide customers through available Verizon Fios options and enrollment. Maintain strong Customer Service throughout the customer experience while providing accurate product and service information. Achieve individual and team Sales goals while continuing to strengthen communication, product knowledge, and Customer Service skills. Customer Service Associate Qualifications Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Comfortable working directly with customers and participating in Sales conversations. Motivated, dependable, coachable, and eager to develop professional Sales and Customer Service skills.
