You will be the first voice customers hear, book service calls, and keep the schedule full. No call-center experience required; we will train the right person. Hourly base plus performance bonus, with a realistic on-target earnings range of $25 to $40 per hour. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and book service appointments at an 85%+ booking rate Handle roughly 20 to 40 inbound calls per day Make 20 to 50+ outbound calls per day to fill the schedule and follow up Keep the dispatch board full and balanced Capture accurate customer and job details in ServiceTitan Deliver a warm, professional first impression on every call Hit individual and team goals tied to bookings and board-filled percentage Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Friendly, clear phone presence and a customer-first attitude No prior phone or call-center experience required; we will train the right person Comfortable with computers; ServiceTitan experience a plus Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy call center Must pass a pre-employment background check Based on-site in Hingham, MA About Hire Right Recruiting At Hire Right LLC , we partner with skilled trades and service businesses to build teams that last.
