The Opportunity We're looking for a Personal Lines Insurance Advisor to join our team. This is your chance to manage an established book of business, grow client relationships, and make a real impact in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. What You'll Do Manage and nurture an existing book of business Support clients with policy changes, cancellations, and claims guidance Provide quotes and present tailored insurance solutions to clients/prospects Document client information in Applied TAM (experience a plus, training provided) Process and follow up on client payments Work closely with our insurance carrier partners to ensure clients receive the best solutions Who You Are You're a motivated, client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in going above and beyond. 3+ years of personal insurance experience in an independent agency (required) Friendly, positive, and client-service driven personality Strong ability to multitask and manage complex details Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly Open to feedback, coaching, and growth Passionate about exceeding client expectations Interested in developing into a future leadership role Why You'll Love Working Here At Soderberg Insurance, we believe when our employees succeed, our clients succeed.
