depending on experience Are you a "people person" with a passion for pets? We're looking for a compassionate and professional Client Service Representative to join our team at Marion Animal Hospital. As the face and voice of our practice, you will be the critical first point of contact for clients, playing a crucial role in setting a warm, welcoming, and professional tone for every visit, call and communication. We leverage using technology in our day-to-day operations to streamline administrative tasks and improve client communication, ensuring that you can focus on what matters most: building strong relationships with pet parents and ensuring the highest quality of patient care.
Key Responsibilities Client Management:
Greet clients, manage patient files, handle check-ins/check-outs, and facilitate a seamless client experience.
Communication Hub:
Answer phones, manage correspondence, and triage calls between routine inquiries and emergencies. AI tools help us ensure consistent and efficient communication, even during busy times.
Scheduling & Records:
Schedule appointments, send reminders, and maintain accurate client and patient records using our advanced practice software.
Financial Transactions:
Process payments and manage client financial information with accuracy and discretion.
Problem Solving:
Utilize strong soft skills like empathy and organization to diffuse negative client situations and foster long-term client bonding. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior customer service experience is a must; experience in a veterinary or medical office setting is a bonus. Excellent organizational, communication, and computer literacy skills (comfortable with common software and keyboarding). Ability to remain professional and courteous while handling multiple tasks and interruptions in a fast-paced environment. A genuine passion for animal well-being and a commitment to client education.
