Job Description
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team and serve as a key point of contact for customers. This role is responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, processing requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional mannerResolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues with empathy and efficiencyProcess orders, returns, account updates, and other customer requests accuratelyMaintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM or other internal systemsEscalate complex issues to the appropriate department when neededProvide product, service, and policy information to customersFollow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfactionCollaborate with internal teams to support service delivery and problem resolutionMeet performance goals related to response times, quality, and customer satisfactionAssist with administrative or departmental support tasks as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred1+ years of customer service, call center, or client support experience preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service or CRM systemsPositive attitude and a team-oriented approachPreferred SkillsExperience in a high-volume customer service settingFamiliarity with CRM platforms and ticketing systemsAbility to remain calm and professional in challenging situationsBilingual skills are a plus, depending on client needs
