The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various customer inquiries efficiently. Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide support for clients regarding products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or promote new services. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to document interactions and analyze customer feedback. Assist with cash handling processes as needed, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery. Maintain phone etiquette while communicating with customers, demonstrating patience and professionalism at all times. Experience Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. Familiarity with sales techniques is beneficial for upselling products or services when appropriate. Willingness to perform duties that range in between Scheduling customers, Creating customer accounts, Learning prices and customer relations.
