Full Job Description Overview:

Evergreen is a professional dry cleaning operation serving the North Shore. We specialize in careful handling of fine garments and household textiles, using both traditional and modern water-based cleaning methods. We're a small, quality-first business and the person at the counter sets the tone for every customer relationship we have. What you'll do Greet customers, receive and tag incoming garments, and explain services, pricing, and turnaround times Process orders, payments, and pickups through our point-of-sale system (Xplor SPOT) Handle customer concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating when appropriate Maintain a clean, organized front counter Support basic daily operational tasks as needed What we're looking for Genuine warmth with customers — you take pride in making people feel well taken care of Reliability — consistent attendance and punctuality matter in a small operation Comfort with basic computer systems and point-of-sale software An interest in or familiarity with garment care, fabrics, or fashion is a real plus Prior retail, hospitality, or service experience preferred but not required How to apply Send a brief note about yourself and any relevant experience to.
