Veterinary Customer Service Representative Are you passionate about animals and enjoy helping people? Join our compassionate and dedicated veterinary team! We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism Answer phones and schedule appointments Manage medical records and client communication Assist with check-in/check-out and payment processing Support our veterinary team in providing exceptional patient care
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Veterinary or medical office experience preferred, but not required Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Compassion for animals and their owners
