Customer Service Staff Member - Indoor Playground Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and responsible Customer Service Staff Member to join our indoor playground team. This role focuses on creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children and families while delivering excellent customer service. You will be the face of our facility, helping ensure every guest has a positive and memorable experience. ⸻ Schedule Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Occasional flexibility may be required for special events, school holidays, or birthday parties. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Guest Service & Front Desk Greet children, parents, and guardians in a warm and professional manner Check in guests, manage waivers, and process admissions or memberships Answer questions about pricing, rules, events, and services Handle phone calls, messages, and general inquiries Child & Facility Supervision Monitor play areas to ensure all safety rules are followed Maintain a safe, clean, and controlled environment at all times Report any safety concerns or incidents to management immediately Cleanliness & Maintenance Keep play areas, party rooms, and common spaces clean and organized Sanitize high-touch surfaces and equipment throughout the day Follow all cleaning and hygiene procedures consistently Customer Experience Provide excellent service to ensure a positive experience for families Address minor customer concerns professionally and calmly Maintain a friendly, welcoming, and fun atmosphere at all times ⸻ Qualifications Friendly, patient, and enjoys working with children and families Strong communication and customer service skills Responsible, attentive, and safety-focused Able to stay active, stand for long periods, and move quickly in a busy environment Reliable and punctual (Monday-Friday, 9 AM-3 PM availability required) Preferred (not required): Experience in childcare, retail, hospitality, or recreation settings CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) ⸻ Work Environment Fast-paced, family-friendly indoor playground Active supervision of children required throughout shift Clean, structured, and team-oriented workplace

Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
