Customer Support Trainee

Candidates should have a propensity to learn or be comfortable, utilizing the following skills: Customer service support Sales department support Inventory management Order entry, expediting, returns Document management Generating reports Backup phone support General office tasks and duties Applicants Should Possess the following : Working knowledge of office equipment Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational and computer skills Attention to detail Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliability Previous experience in the electrical industry a plus
