•Now Located in our Beautiful New Facility in Stoughton MA•Yanow, Inc. is an established, premiere manufacturers' representative serving the electrical construction industry. We market a first-class portfolio of manufacturers in multiple divisions of the industry, and are extremely proud of our earned status and reputation. Yanow, Inc. is seeking a career-driven individual to join our inside sales team in an administrative support capacity. Candidates should have a propensity to learn or be comfortable, utilizing the following skills: Customer service support Sales department support Inventory management Order entry, expediting, returns Document management Generating reports Backup phone support General office tasks and duties Applicants Should Possess the following : Working knowledge of office equipment Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational and computer skills Attention to detail Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliability Previous experience in the electrical industry a plus
