Job Description

We are looking for a Call Center Specialist to support customers through a high-volume inbound service environment in Taunton, Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, and delivers dependable service with every interaction. The person in this role will handle customer inquiries, document details accurately, and use customer service systems and basic office tools to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming customer calls professionally and provide timely, solution-focused assistance.
  • Record call details, customer concerns, and resolutions accurately in customer service software.
  • Guide callers through service questions, account-related issues, and general support needs with clarity and patience.
  • Maintain consistent call quality by following established service procedures and communication standards.
  • Use basic office tools and internal systems to update records, track activity, and complete follow-up tasks.
  • Support customers in a fast-paced call center setting while managing multiple inquiries efficiently.
  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when an issue requires additional review or technical support.
  • Contribute to smooth daily operations by staying informed on process updates, including any relevant system-related changes when needed.
