This role involves handling high-volume phone calls, assisting customers in person, performing data entry, and supporting general administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for candidates with prior customer service and office experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Location:

Taunton, MA Pay:

$18.50 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5

PM Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls Handle customer inquiries in-person and over the phone Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently Perform data entry and process orders Provide general administrative support as needed

Customer Service Representative Requirements:
