This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing high-volume communication, and keeping order information accurate. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for incoming inquiries while delivering prompt, detail-focused service across phone-based interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer calls with accuracy and a strong service mindset.
• Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, clarify details, or provide updates.
• Enter customer orders into the system carefully, ensuring information is complete and correct.
• Address service questions, resolve routine issues, and escalate more complex concerns when appropriate.
• Maintain clear records of customer interactions, requests, and order-related activity.
• Support daily call center operations by managing multiple inquiries efficiently and meeting response expectations. Requirements
• Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing support role.
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone communication.
• Strong customer service skills with a detail-oriented and courteous communication style.
• Experience with order entry and accurate data input.
• Comfortable multitasking while navigating systems and documenting interactions.
• Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to respond calmly in a fast-paced environment.
