Handles client inquiries and helps to resolve complaints. May help callers to complete on-line transactions. May help financial services clients to manage accounts. In banking, may handle branch service transactions.

Job Description
- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner
- Process client requests and follow up to ensure completion
- Schedule client calls and meetings
- Review and organize team schedules via RedTail calendar daily
- Process checks in a timely manner
- File documents
- Order office supplies
- Process incoming/outgoing mail
- Welcome clients at time of appointments, establish and build relationships
- Complete required paperwork to facilitate business
- Assist with various needs of office staff and Financial Advisors
- Strong organizational skills, efficiency, and punctuality a must
- Comfortable in a demanding environment
- Ability to multitask is necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using a CRM system (Redtail a plus)
- Familiar with a paperless office environment
- Three years of related work experience preferred
- A background in Property and Casualty Insurance a plus.
