Service Manager Main Function :
Service Writer•Advisor•Generator / Heavy Equipment / Marine Equipment This person will be responsible for customer inquiries and will be responsible for working up technical and commercial solutions and quotes to offer customers for Engines and Generators. Responding to customer inquiry through scope of work completion. This includes developing and pricing the scope of work, scheduling and closing the work order for invoicing.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Under the general direction of the Service Manager, the Product Support Coordinator responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Responsible for developing quotes for repairs on Equipment and marine Equipment including parts and labor. Develops professional rapport with our customers that fosters a good relationship where Kraft Power maintains the status as preferred vendor for our customers. The ability to work within the company system for quoting, scheduling, and billing. Ability to work the quoting and work order system through all the workflow requirements. Schedule technicians for additional work by working within the system and communicating with the customer. Technical knowledge required to work up quotes for the projects. Responsible for customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction. Act as point of contact for the customer.
Skills:
Ability to communicate with co-workers and staff in an articulate, courteous, and business-like manner. Capable of working independently, keeping supervisor appropriately informed regarding operational issues. Technical knowledge in the power generation industry preferred, engine and/or generators. Proficient in MS Office Suite programs specifically
PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word Preferred Qualifications:
• Technical expertise in power generation, heavy equipment, or automotive industry preferred, but not required. Engines and Generators • Excellent customer relationship skills preferred.

$65,000.00•$90,000.00 per year
