Job Description

Job Overview Savvy Staffing is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support customers by processing orders, answering product and repair inquiries, coordinating shipments, and providing outstanding service over the phone and in person. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, working in a fast-paced office environment, and collaborating with multiple departments. Responsibilities Process new purchase orders accurately and efficiently Answer incoming customer and dealer calls regarding: Product information Pricing and availability Technical assistance Repair procedures and status updates Product complaints Assist customers in identifying the correct products for their needs Work closely with Sales, Production, Inventory Control, Accounting, Engineering, and Shipping departments to resolve customer requests Issue Return Authorization (RA) numbers for product returns Coordinate demo loaner equipment and shipping paperwork Provide package tracking information and assist with shipment inquiries Support walk-in customers as needed Perform additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned Qualifications Previous customer service or office experience preferred Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls Strong communication and problem-solving skills Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to remain professional and helpful when assisting upset customers Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Education & Experience Bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 years of customer service or office experience preferred Willingness to learn through on-the-job training Work Environment Primarily office-based position Prolonged periods of sitting, computer use, and phone work Some areas of the facility may not be climate controlled Occasional travel to trade shows may be available
Pay:
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
