Apply Overview Salary Range $99,744.75 - $110,827.50 Salary Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day Education Level 4 Year Degree Travel Percentage None Category Government Apply Description Mayvin is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative (Intermediate/Senior) to support a complex Army radar program office at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. In this role, the FSR will play a critical part in the development, integration, modernization, fielding, and sustainment of the Army's ground-based radar systems—including the AN/TPQ 50, AN/TPQ
53, and associated Foreign Military Sales variants. This position is contingent upon award. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active Secret Clearance. Responsibilities :
Conduct initial system fielding, New Equipment Training (NET), field support, and support to operational exercises and testing activities Plan, coordinate, integrate, train, test, field, sustain, repair, and execute logistics activities across a portfolio of radar systems Serve as the liaison between PdM M2S2, gaining units, Force Modernization, Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD), and Field Service Representatives during radar fielding Execute tasks under direction of the Government Fielding Chief, the primary point of contact for fielding events Provide technical and operational expertise to support development, integration, modernization, and sustainment of Army ground based radar systems such as AN/TPQ 50 and AN/TPQ 53
Ensure radar systems remain reliable, deployable, and aligned with evolving operational requirements through continuous field support. Qualifications Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of field maintenance, modification and repair. Minimum of 5 years of field maintenance, modification and repair experience (Intermediate) Minimum of 10 years of field maintenance, modification and repair experience (Senior) CompTIA Certifications Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience supporting Army radar programs or similar ground-based sensor systems (e.g., AN/TPQ 50, AN/TPQ 53) Strong background in programmatic, technical, engineering, logistics, or training support within a DoD program environment About Mayvin :
