Key holders and spanish speakers are encouraged to apply. Passionate about serving the community. Detail-oriented and process oriented.

Responsibilities:

Handle cash register and meticulous attention to detail Must be able to work independently and follow written and verbal directions Maintains high level of customer focus and community awareness Ensure proper execution all of visual directives and initiatives Capture and communicate client recommendations Monitor and conduct inventory counts and provide updates as required Maintains adherence to all company policies and procedures Maintains a safe and clean retail environment in adherence to State Agencies Proficiently utilize position related tools or company provided software Utilize ladders for the purpose of merchandising Work minimum 30 hours per week. Weekly schedule includes nights and weekend

Qualifications:

Demonstrated customer service experience. 2+ years of retail management experience. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong mathematical and problem solving. Lifting between 15-30 pounds. Military experience a plus. Community development and volunteering experience a plus. Driver's license, some training and community college credits are a plus.
