Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. This role involves interacting with customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience while placing/entering orders. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or customer portal.
- Provide accurate information regarding pricing, availability and customer specifications to enhance ensure satisfaction.
- Recieve, confirm and enter customer orders, modifications, cancelations and returns.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry into our computerized systems.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating issues as necessary.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Strong phone/email etiquette and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is required.
- Experience in sales or client services is a plus, as it will contribute to the overall effectiveness of the role.
- Familiarity with computerized systems for managing customer interactions is beneficial.
