Job DescriptionForward Together Wealth Planning, a fast-growing independent wealth management firm serving individuals, families, and their businesses for over 36 years, is currently seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to join our growing and ever evolving team in our Bethesda location. We are seeking a talented individual who will step into an instrumental role by providing client relationship support by deepening existing client relationships and providing exceptional service with proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Call, text, and email clients or prospects to set up meetings or appointmentsPrepare agendas and forms for appointmentsComplete client summary letters following client meetingsConduct client appointment reminder calls, and check-in calls on follow up itemsSupport marketing efforts to the practice, especially with respect to coordination of seminars, in-person events, and social media engagementCoordinate client appreciation events for the practiceAnswering calls to the officeAnswer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accountsMaintain and order office suppliesProcess incoming mailPerform other allowable duties as assigned by the financial advisorsGreet clients upon arrival and extend hospitality to clientsKey Traits of a successful
