Job Description
Description We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver excellent service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience. The ideal candidate is professional, empathetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues effectively.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on customer feedback. Requirements
- 2+ years in customer service or support role.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
