00 per hour Job Summary Cedars Cakes is seeking a Sales/Customer Service team member to work at our bakery front desk. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and communication skills, provide excellent customer service, handle orders, assist customers with cake selections, and help drive sales while maintaining a professional and welcoming bakery environment. Responsibilities Drive sales and meet sales targets. Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service. Handle customer orders accurately and efficiently. Educate customers about cakes, flavors, fillings, sizes, and available options. Conduct and assist with wedding cake tasting consultations. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers. Respond to customers through social media and other platforms. Follow up with customers regarding orders and inquiries. Upsell cakes, pastries, and additional products when appropriate. Send payment reminders and customer messages. Maintain accurate booking records and prepare reports. Coordinate with delivery drivers for customer deliveries. Request and collect customer reviews. Box and package cakes. Take clear and attractive pictures of cakes. Assist with other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Strong sales skills. Excellent communication skills.
