Client Care Representative

Upscale grooming salon with locations in Severna Park, Crofton and Odenton, looking for front desk staff. Ideal candidates will have pet care knowledge, breed knowledge, and working experience. We are looking for staff open to working among our three locations.

Duties include:

Checking client pets in and out of the salon Updating client records in database Communication on status of appointments Responding to email and phone inquiries Maintaining retail inventory and assist in selling and educating clients on products Assist with cleaning and maintaining self-wash Other front desk duties as assigned Ideal candidates will be upbeat and friendly, be able to multi-task in a busy environment, and love animals! Experience needed includes paid work experience with pets in a veterinary, grooming, or boarding environment and strong computer skills. Position full or part-time. Must be available to work shifts that are 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, and 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Availability must include Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Other days are flexible. Full benefits provided for full-time employment. Part-time staff eligible for paid time off and matching 401K.
