Job Description

Overview Overview Elements Massage of Crofton is looking for an engaging and outgoing personality to join our team as a client services and sales associate. Make a positive difference in the lives of others in a meaningful way. The ideal candidate ensures a welcoming experience for our clients. Here's what we are looking for:

Ability to follow our proven processes to ensure excellent client experiences and to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program.
The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.
Kind, caring, smiling, upbeat, outgoing personality
Reliable transportation and attendance Responsibilities
Deliver a great client experience with our industry leading Service Path. This is a system allows you to sell memberships, gift cards, session upgrades, and effectively provide information about our services and products.
Maintain a clean and organized reception/lobby area, ensuring it is always presentable to clients, this will include assisting in light cleaning duties.
Be a team-player who is respectful, kind and thoughtful. You will collaborate with therapists, estheticians and other front-of-house staff.
Provide excellent customer service skills by welcoming clients with a warm and friendly smile!
Manage the studio's appointment scheduling system, phone, text, and email inquiries Qualifications
Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.

Dedication, attention to detail, and enthusiasm are the most important qualities.
