Guest Service Representative Cumberland, MD Wills Hotel is currently seeking a full-time Guest Service Representative to join their team in Cumberland, Maryland! In this role, you will be responsible for checking in/out guests and responding to guest's requests. What we can offer

Dependent on experience The right candidate will have: 1 year of Front Desk experience preferred Must have flexible availability including holidays and weekends Positive attitude and service-minded work ethic Our Guest Service Representative will: Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card and personal information Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls Answer guests' questions about hotel amenities, rewards programs, special requests, and any other needs Perform regular bookkeeping duties Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodation is ready If you are interested in this position, please submit a current resume for consideration!
