Automotive Vehicle Exchange Specialists Full-Time | Commission-Based New Car Dealer is hiring 2 motivated, high-energy Vehicle Exchange Specialists to join our growing team. This is a customer-facing, performance-driven position with significant earning potential.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and people skills Competitive, motivated personality Strong follow-up and organizational skills Sales or customer-service experience preferred Automotive experience is a plus, but not required Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

Commission-based with earning potential up to $100,000+ annually. Full training provided. Excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in the automotive industry.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
