Job Description

Service Writer - Ford Norris Ford Dundalk, MD Be the first to welcome and support our customers as a Service Writer/Advisor at Norris Ford! We're looking for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and familiar with CDK as well as basic mechanical concepts. In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you'll play a key part in delivering outstanding customer experiences, assisting with shop operations, and ensuring every client receives exceptional care. Bilingual Spanish is a plus! Compensation & Schedule Salary plus commission ; $70,000-$100,000 OTE Full-time, dealership-based role Monday-Friday with alternating Saturdays Benefits Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance 401(k) with company contribution Paid time off + company-paid holidays Tuition reimbursement program Employee referral bonus program Supportive, inclusive work environment Reasonable accommodations provided for qualified individuals with disabilities Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with dealership standards Schedule service appointments; prepare accurate repair estimates Advise customers on manufacturer-recommended maintenance and repairs Accurately document repair and service orders in CDK Provide timely updates on repair status, estimates, and pickup times Build relationships that foster loyalty and repeat business Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned Requirements High school diploma or GED CDK experience preferred Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills Basic understanding of automotive/mechanical systems Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (Spanish) a plus Work Authorization All Roads Company does not provide H-1B sponsorship.
