Assigned shift of either 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Seeking Customer Service Representatives to support a healthcare organization's Open Enrollment period. This role involves handling high-volume inbound calls from members regarding healthcare eligibility, benefits, and coverage.

Responsibilities:

Answer member inquiries regarding healthcare eligibility and coverage. Research and interpret information across multiple systems. Provide accurate, professional, and courteous customer service. Meet established quality and productivity goals.

Qualifications:

1+ year of healthcare customer service experience Knowledge of medical terminology. Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Elkridge, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
