• About the Position
• We are seeking honest, reliable, motivated, and confident individual to join our wellness retail team. This role requires strong customer service skills, sales ability, and a genuine interest in natural medicine and herbal products. This position includes a 2- week trial period before permanent hire. There is room for growth based on seniority, performance, and dependability.
• Requirements (All Required Unless Noted)
• Must be 21 years or older Must have a valid State ID or Federal ID Excellent attendance and punctuality Flexible schedule — must be able to work weekdays and weekends Retail and cashier experience Background knowledge of natural medicine and herbs Must be trainable and able to retain information Two-week paid training provided Strong customer service , sales performance , communication , teamwork , and time management skills Must be outspoken, confident, and comfortable engaging with customers Must be honest, trustworthy, and responsible Ability to embrace active listening , creativity , diversity , and a willingness to grow Will be doing background check and drug test •Hiring Process• Our hiring process includes two interview steps and training : Phone or virtual pre‑screen interview In‑person interview at the store If selected after the second interview, you will begin a two‑week paid training program .

You must successfully complete training and receive a Training Certificate before starting your 2 week trail.
