Job Description

Job Summary Elite Spice, a leading spice importer and manufacturer, is seeking a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role requires an enthusiastic individual who can professionally address a variety of customer needs while maintaining a high level of respect for both customers and colleagues. As a growing organization, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn, gain industry knowledge, and develop both professionally and personally in alignment with company goals. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Respond to customer calls and emails regarding order placement, inquiries, and invoicing Build and maintain positive relationships with both new and existing customers Coordinate with internal teams to track orders from entry through shipment Follow up promptly on customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, contracts, shipping, and tracking Maintain and update customer information in internal systems and Excel Collaborate daily with the sales team regarding customer accounts Support other Customer Service team members as needed Adapt quickly to changing priorities and responsibilities High school diploma or GED required Ability to maintain punctuality and work assigned schedules Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and continuously improve Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in basic math and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and data entry
