Just as our team members do. We are currently seeking Client Service Representatives to join our team for our opening later this fall. We expect to begin hiring and training in late August/early September to open our doors in early October. The ideal candidate will have a passion for high quality specialized veterinary care, excellent communication/organizational skills, ability to critically think in challenging situations, and the ability to adapt and apply new protocols and standards of procedure. Specific duties include but are not limited to:

• Frontline Ambassador who is the friendly face or voice that will greet clients when coming in or when calling
• Excellent customer service skills with an exceptional level of communication in a professional manner
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a calm, organized manner
• Demonstrate the ability to show empathy towards clients and pets with compassion and respect
• Maintain proper documentation through pet medical records, client records, and referral documents
• Assist clients by providing necessary instructions, information, invoices, and scheduling as needed
• Handle financial transactions with clients through case and credit card handling, and following proper opening and closing procedures
• Stock and maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Other duties as assigned

Experience:

• Utilizing standard office/business equipment
• Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology, software (EzyVet), and procedures preferred
• Possession of organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, good judgement, and ability to manage stressful situations
