Service Sales & Client Representative:

Responsible for sales, processing service orders, and providing prompt, professional client service regarding Parts Department services. Also responsible for inventory, purchasing, and warranty administration.

Non-Exempt What you will do: Answer internal client calls, identify parts, and provide reasonable technical support to internal clients in a prompt and professional manner Identifies and processes internal client orders for HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies via the internet, fax, phone, and email Order required parts Drives sales by actively identifying internal opportunities within the organization and driving knowledge of our overall offering with our parts business. For example, Vilo, Bitzer, etc. Process internal service Lynx orders as needed Assist with the purchasing of service products needed externally when needed/available Identify product gaps internally by purchases made to external vendors. Report those product gaps to the Store Manager and/or Vice President - Supply Responsible for internal client warranty administration Prepares for and participates in physical inventory as scheduled Maintains training in order to keep up with new products and technology Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required Handles emergency phone and client service duties after hours as necessary Assist service estimating when needed/available Other duties as assigned What we're looking for: High School diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education required Technical School or an Associate's degree in Electronics or HVAC preferred 2 Years of inside technical sales or related experience. Warranty experience. HVAC technical knowledge, HVAC Parts experience, experience with OEM a plus. HVAC Product knowledge, including tools and supplies, experience in Purchasing, Sourcing, and Order Expediting is a plus. Knowledgeable in Word & Excel Detail-oriented, organized, excellent interpersonal skills, problem solver, able to multitask

Physical Requirements:
