Job Description

We are a growing manufacturing company looking to add Inside Sales Support Staff to our team. This person will be able to help provide an array of assistance to the Sales reps to keep the overall flow of the company smooth and efficient. The goal is to ensure our customers are happy, getting the best customer service, and sales reps are able to work efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
Receive and log all paperwork from outside sales team members. Review all supporting documents for accuracy. Follow-up with account managers regarding missing/incorrect paperwork. Submit all paperwork to manufacturing for processing. Follow-up with account managers if manufacturing has any questions or has rejected the paperwork Daily filing of all copies of office paperwork. Process quotes and sales orders for Iron World staff Follow-up with customers if information is missing Help answer customer questions and concerns Help guide and support the sales department as they navigate through the ERP. Able to be the go-to expert on ERP system for the sales team. General staff support for all Iron World Team members. Welcome customers and vendors when they come to the office, directing them to the correct staff members and assisting them with anything that they might need. Answer the main office line and direct customers to the correct department or team member. Send out marketing material as staff and customer's request. Able to use and troubleshoot basic office equipment. Give excellent customer service to all customers and vendors. Perform general administrative tasks and all other duties as needed or required
Experience:
1+ years customer service experience
Education:
Must have completed high school or the equivalent Must have strong organizational skills Must have strong customer service skills Knowledge of and basic understanding of Microsoft Office products Knowledge of and basic understanding of phone and fax systems Fluent in
English and Spanish Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up-to 50 lbs at a time Must be able to be sit or stand for extended periods of time
