CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - EVENING SHIFT
- $17.00 PER HOUR

- Paid Training ProvidedNow Hiring Customer Service Representatives in Middle River, MDAbel Personnel is seeking Customer Service Representatives for a leading transportation and tolling services program in Middle River, Maryland.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer service calls
- Assist with account setup and maintenance
- Process payments and account transactions
- Resolve customer concerns and questions
- Explain account information and policies
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Meet quality and performance standards
Paid TrainingTraining Schedule:
Monday-Friday:
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (4-6 Weeks)Regular Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday:
11:30 AM - 8:15 PMOccasional Saturdays required with a scheduled weekday off. QualificationsRequired:
? High School Diploma or GED ? Age 18+ ? Strong communication and customer service skills ? Detail-oriented and dependable ? Ability to pass a background check and drug screeningPreferred:
