Telephone Customer Service

CUSTOMER SERVICE
staffAre you a friendly, outgoing individual with excellent communication skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Our beachfront restaurant and bar is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Phone Answerer/Customer Service Representative to join our team!COMPENSATION
$16- $18 per hour
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming calls and provide information about the property, entertainment & dining.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
- Work closely with other staff members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Other tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus.
SCHEDULING
- Part Time or Full Time
- May through September
Shifts Available:
- Nights
- 4pm•1am (Thursday through Sunday)• Possibility of picking up additional shifts as needed
