Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking friendly, dependable, and energetic Customer Service Team Members to join our dual-brand Dunkin' and Jimmy John's location. Team members provide excellent customer service, prepare food and beverages, maintain cleanliness, and help create a positive experience for every guest. No experience is required—we provide training. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide outstanding service. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare coffee, beverages, sandwiches, and other menu items according to brand standards. Operate cash registers and process transactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area. Assist with food preparation and inventory stocking. Work as part of a team to ensure fast and accurate service. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Help maintain a positive, welcoming environment for guests and fellow team members. Qualifications Positive attitude and strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Dependable with a strong work ethic. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
