Job Description

By partnering with innovative energy programs, we help companies reduce operating costs, increase efficiency, and transition toward cleaner power solutions. We're currently looking for motivated, business-minded professionals to join our team as a Client Success Associate. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow a career in energy consulting and B2B sales. If you're confident speaking with professionals, enjoy problem-solving, and want to help businesses save money while improving sustainability, we want to meet you. What You'll Be Doing Meet with local business owners and decision-makers to explain cost-saving energy programs and sustainability initiatives. Conduct in-person or scheduled business visits to present energy efficiency solutions and commercial program benefits. Follow up with interested companies, build long-term professional relationships, and convert interest into active commercial accounts. Manage the onboarding process for new clients, including documentation, account setup, and enrollment support. Maintain accurate CRM records while tracking client interactions and business account progress. Provide professional post-sale support to ensure smooth program activation and strong client satisfaction. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve weekly and monthly B2B acquisition goals. Identify referral opportunities and develop new commercial relationships within the local business community. What We're Looking For Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners and professionals. Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with an entrepreneurial attitude. Comfortable learning new systems and maintaining CRM records. Ability to understand business challenges and present tailored energy solutions.
