Job Description

Customer Support Specialist We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, accounts, billing, or products/services.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems.
  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • CRM experience preferred
