Job Description Porsche of Silver Spring, part of MileOne Autogroup, is hiring an Entry Level Service Advisor / Service Assistant to join our award-winning service team. As an Entry Level Service Advisor / Service Assistant, you will support the service department by assisting customers, coordinating vehicle service appointments, communicating repair updates, and helping ensure a smooth and efficient service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.

Responsibilities:

Deliver a luxury automotive customer experience through professional communication and personalized service Coordinate service appointments, vehicle check-ins, repair orders, and customer updates with accuracy and efficiency Support service advisors and technicians by communicating vehicle concerns, warranty needs, and maintenance recommendations Maintain accurate customer and service records using dealership management software Promote premium maintenance services, OEM parts, and accessories while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process

Qualifications:

1 year of previous automotive Service Advisor experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy dealership environment Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership systems Clean driving record
